If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Any less than 24 hours will result in 50% of the scheduled service to be paid.
No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No future appointment will be made until the cancellation fee has been paid in full.
At Harmony Hair and Beauty we are extremely empathetic to any last minute medical or personal emergencies that impact your appointments and will of course offer discretion for your situation.
